Mala Sinha has more than 30 years of teaching and research experience in psychology and management, and is presently Professor of Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics and Communication at Faculty of Management Studies (FMS),University of Delhi. She has done her doctorate from prestigious Centre for Advanced Studies in Psychology, University of Allahabad as a UGC Fellow; and as a keen researcher has published several papers in international journals and contributed chapters in edited books. Her research areas are work values in the Indian context, women issues and management principles based on Indian scriptural philosophies like Bhagavad Gita. She has been a case study analyst for Business World for more than 20 years. Widely travelled Mala has presented her work in international conferences and as corporate trainer she has worked with private, public and multinational organizations; and consulted for WHO, World Bank and CII.
In 2017 Mala Sinha competed a one-year research project on impact of women empowerment program at Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital. Presently she is documenting the growth, evolution and innovations at Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital and is also the editor of the hospital’s newsletter Naina.
Mala Sinha also writes short stories and poetry; and paints.
